Aben Resources Arranges $100,000 Flow Through Financing

Vancouver, BC – Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN) (Frankfurt: E2L) (OTC Pink: ABNAF) (the “Company”) announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise $102,000 by the issuance of 1,700,000 flow-through units (the “FT Units”) at a price of $0.06 per FT Unit. Each FT Unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one non-transferable, non flow-through warrant (the “NFT Warrant”). Each NFT Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one non flow-through common share at a price of $0.075 for a period of two years from the closing date of the private placement.

The Company may pay up to a 7% finder’s fee payable in non-transferable non flow-through warrants (the “Finder’s Warrants”) in connection with this private placement offering. Each Finder’s Warrant will entitle the Finder to purchase a non-flow-through common share at a price of $0.075 per share for a period of two years from the closing date of the private placement.
