Aben Resources and Tahltan Central Government Sign Communications Agreement

Vancouver, BC – Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN) (OTCBB: ABNAF) (Frankfurt: E2L2) (the “Company”) and Tahltan Central Government are pleased to announce that they have signed a Communications Agreement. The Communications Agreement provides guidance to the Parties for ongoing discussions and engagement regarding Aben’s project in Tahltan traditional territory. The Communications Agreement provides a framework for the sharing of information and for joint participation of the Parties in communications with Tahltan membership and communities regarding Aben’s activities in the territory.

In other news, Aben is pleased to announce the Company has raised an additional $503,500 through the recent exercise of warrants at $0.10 per share.
