The Rude Creek South property is located in the heart of Yukon's White Gold District approximately 40 kilometres southeast of Kaminak Gold Corp.'s (TSX.V: KAM) Coffee Creek gold property, 60 kilometres southeast of Kinross' (TSX: K) (previously Underworld Resources') Golden Saddle gold deposit, and 10 kilometres east of Western Copper Corp.'s (TSX: WRN) Casino gold, copper and molybdenum deposit. This deposit contains a resource of 8 million ounces of gold, 4.4 billion pounds of copper and 475 million pounds of molybdenum.

In 2010, Kaminak Gold Corp. executed the first ever drill program on the 150,000 acre Coffee property and drilled 8 separate and closely-spaced gold discoveries within a 10 kilometre strike length. Notable discovery holes include 15.5 metres of 17.1 g/t Au at the Supremo Zone, 83.93 metres of 1.08 g/t Au at the Latte Zone, 35 metres of 6.3 g/t Au at the Double Double Zone, and 56.75 metres of 2.21 g/t Au at the Kona Zone.

In May 2009 Underworld Resources Inc. announced a spectacular drill intersection of 3.4 g/t Au over 104.0 metres on the Golden Saddle zone of their White Gold property. Underworld continued drilling through out the summer on Golden Saddle and a second zone called Arc. A short eight months later in January 2010, Underworld announced an initial resource estimation for the Golden Saddle and Arc deposits. The resource at Golden Saddle includes 1,004,570 indicated ounces at 3.2 g/t Au, with an additional 407,413 inferred ounces at 2.5 g/t Au. At Arc, the initial resource includes 170,470 inferred ounces at 1.2 g/t Au. In March 2010, Kinross Gold Corporation successfully launched a friendly takeover bid for Underworld valued at $139.2 million.

Aben Resources has entered into an option agreement whereby the Company may earn a 100% interest in the 31,382 acre Rude Creek South gold, copper and molybdenum property located in the Dawson Range, Yukon.

The Rude Creek South property is subject to a two percent (2%) net smelter return royalty ("NSR") in favour of the Optionor. Aben has been granted a right to purchase a 1% NSR at any time prior to the commencement of commercial production for the consideration of $1,000,000.

Geology and Geophysics on Rude Creek South Property

The property covers the southern margin of a 15 kilometre long NW/SE trending regional mag-high anomaly drained on its NW end by a historic placer creek (Rude Creek). On its southern edge, the mag-anomaly contains a prominent 12 kilometre long, SSW trending splay which runs subparallel to a lithological contact between mid-Cretaceous granodiorites (Whitehorse Suite, biotite-hornblende, including Casino intrusives) and Late Devonian-Mississippian Pelly orthogneiss. This splay continues south and underneath a large package of Nasina graphitic quartzites (intruded locally by what is mapped as volcanics). The majority of the property is underlain by mid-Cretaceous granodiorites. The target type most obvious at the Rude Creek South property would be similar to Kaminak's Kona, Americano and Espresso zones, all hosted by granitic-intrusives of mid-Cretaceous age.

Geochemistry on Rude Creek South Property

The broader Rude Creek area is very anomalous geochemically. A 500 metre long, strong Au-Bi-W-Ag soil and rock anomaly (soils up to 1254 ppb and 330 ppb Au) underlain by tourmalinized and potassically-altered granodiorite occurs near the headwaters of Rude Creek. Within the ZAR claim boundary on the Rude Creek South property, geochemistry is muted, reflecting either masking, poor/insufficient sampling (only 10 silts over an approx. 130 square-kilometre area), blind mineralization or the absence of a mineralizing system. However, the claims do host moderately anomalous silts with gold, silver, tungsten, tin and mercury. It is worth noting that Kinross' Golden Saddle project also had muted geochemistry.

2011 Exploration

Aben has engaged TerraLogic Exploration Inc. of Cranbrook, BC to oversee all aspects of the 2011 exploration and drilling programs on the Company's Yukon and Northwest Territories projects.

Through TerraLogic, Aben has arranged for field crews, support staff, camps, supplies, helicopters and drill rigs to conduct the exploration planned for this year. Exploration work is expected to commence in early June depending on the rate of snow melt. The Company's estimated budget for its exploration programs on its properties this summer is approximately $5 million.

TerraLogic Exploration is a subsidiary of Eagle Plains Resources and provides exploration and geologic consulting services to the mining and exploration industry. The company has been operating mineral exploration projects in North America since 1992 and has extensive experience up in the Yukon and Northwest Territories. TerraLogic has worked for some notable companies including Teck and BP.
