Wed May 11, 2011 Aben's $4.5 Million Yukon 2011 Exploration Program Contracted to TerraLogic
Vancouver, BC -- Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ABN) (FWB: E2L) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has engaged TerraLogic Exploration Inc. of Cranbrook, BC to oversee all aspects of the exploration and drilling programs this summer on Aben's Yukon and Northwest Territories (NWT) projects.
Through TerraLogic, Aben Resources has arranged for field crews, support staff, camps, supplies, helicopters and drill rigs to conduct the exploration planned for this year. Exploration work is expected to commence in early June depending on the rate of snow melt. The Company's estimated budget for its exploration programs on its properties this summer is approximately $4.5 million. The work throughout the summer is anticipated to cover all properties to varying degrees and will include:
Additional staking
Geological mapping and prospecting
Soil geochemical sampling at both a reconnaissance scale and detailed grid scale
TerraLogic Exploration is a subsidiary of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. and provides exploration and geologic consulting services to the mining and exploration industry. The company has been operating mineral exploration projects in North America since 1992 and has extensive experience up in the Yukon and Northwest Territories. TerraLogic has worked for some notable companies including Teck and BP.
