Wed Sep 8, 2010 Non-Brokered Private Placement Announced
Vancouver, BC - Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ABN) (FWB: E2L) (the "Company") announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of three years at a price of $0.10 per share.
The Company may pay up to a 7.5% finder's fee, payable in cash or units, in connection with part of this private placement offering.
Consolidated Abaddon intends to utilize the proceeds of this private placement to source mineral property acquisitions or joint ventures and for general working capital purposes.
